I have a couple of these. They work much better than I ever thought. I have this one and the heavier weight range. I keep them next to my sofa and use them while watching TV. For $10 they are well worth it. This is coming from someone who lifts 5 days a week. You can get a decent chest and arm workout instead of being sedentary while vegging out in front of the TV.

I would start with the lightest one. Then work your way up.
