I think it's a pretty good deal for 2500 points. (worth about $2-$2.5 or less)
IMO Edge of Tomorrow is the best choice on the list, great review, UHD, and MA.

*It turned out the redemption is through fanflix and directly takes you to MovieAnywhere.
So I guess all the movies on the list are MA and you can watch them on Amazon Prime Video, Apple...etc. and any MA participating platforms.

Note if you don't want fanflix to bother you you can uncheck the two options at checkout so that they don't send you marketing e-mails.

Just 4K. Streaming never has as high a bandwidth of a 4K/UHD blu ray (Sony's limited Bravia Core service comes closest). So more compression on streaming. Varies by content and streamer. As to whether they include Dolby Vision, Atmos, etc., that also likely depends on your streaming service and the actual media, YMMV.

Interesting fact: Edge of Tomorrow had poor box office performance initially. However, after the release of the Blu-ray and DVD, the movie's posters and title labels were changed to "Live. Die. Repeat." This change led to its success.

Really great movie, and yeah it was a sleeper but it's one his best roles and one of those movies i watch over and over again every few years. I've never bought from MSFT before, but can they really be watched on Apple TV or prime video? How does that process work?

You can't really "buy" this directly. You have to earn points from Microsoft Rewards and use the points to get this. It doesn't cost any money just efforts.
