The case seems to set these apart from others in this range. I'm no expert, but I think the features and specs offered here align with the plethora of $25 range offerings. I'd consider this price the "real" price. There seem to be better performing options at the $50 range price point.

This is the going price for the earbuds. Also it's not $20 but $24.99, which is correct in the description but not the title. Thanks!

These are great. The case is the perfect size, the app has a ton of customization, and the sound to my untrained ears is on part with much more expensive buds like the Samsung buds 2 and 3 that I also have. For 20 bucks it's a great value

There's so many choices out there that the possibilities are endless. I personally have the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC and I just got the Earfun Air Pro 4. Both models show up on multiple "editors choice" lists. Both fall into that $50 range ish. I can't say I'd put one over the other and would recommend either.

I just recently got the Soundcore P20i. They fall into that $25 range, similar to the CMF here. I'm sending those back as there was noticable difference in quality between them and the Liberty 4. The Earfun is what I replaced those with.

So, for me and my opinion and experiences across probably 6 ish different sets of wireless earbuds, that $50 to $60 range has proved, for my tastes, to be the sweet spot.

What about the case? I was trying to figure out what the wheel does but I guess it's just decorative on this model?

The CMF Buds Pro 2 are $47 and have more options and dual drivers. https://www.amazon.com/CMF-Buds-P...B0D83J6JJ9

Maybe it was a different model, but the info is out there. Don't quote me but I remember things like volume control, forward/backward track control, etc. Whatever review I read about the case gave it high praise of a feature that helped set them apart from the competition some.

I have the black ones.
I have a ton of headphones, from buds, iems, on/over ears, cheap expensive and silly expensive, yadda yadda.

For the price - great! Sound is slightly v, exciting without being fatiguing. Its not the last word in detail - but they are 25 bucks.
Some things, the app is nice. The case is great.

The downside - im used to a deeper fit with something like a Sony c710n. My ears didnt 'agree' with the angle and the depth these could achieve. So im not getting the last 10% of passive isolation. I wouldnt say these are great for the gym but your ears might say otherwise.

The more expensive versions use the wheel as a volume control. This one just uses it to put a lanyard into.

Well worth the $50 asking price. These will blow anything in the $25 range out the water in terms of quality and performance. Most at this price range have the bluetooth hiss, this doesn't. Sound quality and staging is also better than most at this price range. Bass is adjustable and even at full max its very clean. Thats due to the larger than usual drivers of 12.4mm. The app also helps you adjust the sound to your liking and also reprograms the tap functions on the buds. Voice quality on calls is also better than most. The only thing lacking is the ambient sound. That could use improvement, but then again, that isn't why I bought them.

The Gray/Black ones are sold on Amazon for $19.99 frequently. All other colors are $25 during the sale. https://slickdeals.net/f/18947083

I think at $50 the point is that these don't align with the other offerings. Even within CMF. Another user pointed out that the Buds Pro 2 version are $47. Why would you buy these at the "normal" price of $49 when there are more feature rich products at the same price point? These are definitely spec'd like $25 or under earbuds.

Yeah, the knob doesn't work like that on this model.

Yup, knob on the base model is basically just a fidget spinner. Only the knob on the pro model actually does anything.
