Contains Red 40 and Blue 1 artificial chemical dyes.
Why can't these companies just dump these ADHD petroleum dyes?
(Yes, I know, costs...)

You can make your won electrolytes for 5 more dollars with 100 servings lol Salt (canning/pickling): heaping ¼ tsp
(≈0.30 tsp total → ~700–720 mg sodium)
• Potassium chloride: level 1⁄16 tsp
(or scant 1⁄8 tsp if you don't have 1⁄16)
• Magnesium malate: level 1⁄8 tsp

we had to buy some last night at Walmart and found that their generic Parents Choice line is cheaper, sweetened with stevia instead of sucralose, and colored with vegetable juice instead of dye.

Seems like these are still much more expensive than emergency electrolytes should be. We keep some on hand for the kids or for really bad sicknesses/stomache bugs.

While safe with most medications, be aware if someone is on warfarin, too avoid pomegranate unless monitored.
And if someone takes critical narrow-therapeutic-range medications, double-check: anti-seizure meds, immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), anti-arrhythmics, and some statins

Is warfarin still prescribed? I was prescribed Eliquis. VERY expensive.

Yep, warfarin is still prescribed, though far less than it used to be. The newer anticoagulants (Eliquis, Xarelto, Pradaxa, Savaysa) have replaced it because they're easier to manage and require no routine INR blood tests. But warfarin still has very specific uses.
