I've had the same trouble. I've found that I can get in if I Google search and then click on "top 10" instead of the main link.

One tip to see what is being offered if nothing is showing is to go to the search bar and make sure it says AMAZON HAUL and click on the search area. Don't type anything but hit the magnifying glass icon as if to search for nothing and see if the items pop up. That, at least, worked for me.

The Tip is to buy items marked with BRAND SCORES, and sold & shipped by Amazon. These are the only things on Amazon Haul that are worth buying, anyway.

just keep in mind Amazon Haul has much slower shipping, in case you're looking for christmas fillers and stuff, it could potentially cut it close
