the price and title suggest ultra 1, the item specifics state ultra 2 and the S10 chip is only found in the ultra 3..
the Ultra had the S8, Ultra 2 had the S9 and Ultra 3 the S10 according to the Apple site.

3rd party seller, but it might be a better option than eBay for some of you. between the additional 5% back with an amazon card, and the 90 day return policy via amazon. thats the route im going in so i can offer the gift recipient the option to upgrade to the ultra 2.
