Further evidence on the actual capacity here is where in the description it states this will charge a iphone 1.8 times. iPhone 16 is 14 watthour battery and the 16 plus is 18 watt hours. So that would be, generously, about 40 watt-hours of energy stored in this pack, which means if you have a device that charges off of it at 20 watts it would run out of power after 2 hours (40 watt hours).
All that said, it's probably a good price for a highly-reviewed 30-40 watt hours of juice in a power brick.
It makes a great power bank as the USB-C is fairly strong and enough to charge a tablet.
It's even strong enough to charge my usb-c laptop. Usually laptops take 65w but it will charge with >28w.
Supposably this will output 45w which is very high for a power bank.
I don't have any tool that uses these battery but it's basically a 18v battery that acts as a power bank.
These are 18v. A 4ah battery is 72wh(18x4) capacity.
2.5ah is 45ah and a 2ah is 36ah capacity.
The 4ah version is $20 so I'd rather get that vs $14 for a 2ah.
If you look at Amazon, any power bank that's able to output >30w will cost you ~$30.
For $20(the 4ah version) being able to output 45w is a fantastic price.
