I bought this last black Friday for $424 and it was the worst purchase of the season. This power station doesn't get nearly the power it's supposed to get and the warranty is a complete joke. I tried putting in a warranty claim in August and they still haven't given me a replacement. I'm going to record a video and put in on YouTube.

"doesn't get nearly the power it's supposed to get"

Just curious - how did you determine this? How much power does it deliver?

When I first got the P210, it actually worked great. We'd use it maybe once every couple of weeks, not super often, but enough to get a sense of its performance. Over time we realized whenever we used the battery it would suddenly drop from about 65% straight to 0% and just shut off. That's when we reached out to AFERIY Support.

They had us do a calibration routine, and once we did that, we realized we were only getting approximatly 25% of the rated capacity. We would run a 500W load would give us maybe 30 minutes of power at best. After we informed AFERIY about this, they stopped replying to my emails about a replacement.

I bought the P210 from Wellbots, and when I reached out to them, they told us AFERIY would contact me soon. It's been over three months now, and nothing. Meanwhile, we had two power outages recently where we really needed it but the limited runtime is not even worth taking it out.

I recorded a video of it but was lazy and didn't edit it but now that I'm thinking of it all over again I'm going to edit it and post it. This power station is trash.

that was an amazing price - and you were quite brave buying a brand name that has only come to my attention over the past summer.

Thank you! Agreed, that sounds like a lemon. I too check the capacity claims on power stations I have purchased, either via a known draw, or using a Kill-A-Watt.
Odd that it was fine at first and then suddenly dropped. A legit manufacturer should be interested in figuring out issues. Of course, these letter salad companies may buy stuff somewhere and just slap a "brand" label on them.

By just doing the math here you will see I'm only getting about 300Wh from his power station within less than a year. Their warranty support is awful, and there are no returns on Amazon. I'm not telling you what to do with your money but buyer beware.

Thanks for your post. I was reading about their "class leading" 7-year warranty and was very impressed by the marketing. Reviews on Amazon are pretty good overall. Glad I read your post before pulling the trigger.
