Our over the stove microwave conked out two days ago, so we got this until we replace it. It's fairly noisy and feels somewhat cheap and tinny, but it works fine. Controls are a little wonky, but functional. Disable the annoying child lock asap. For $50, we are content with it, since most 1.1 units are over $100 right now.

In my neck of the woods, 40-50 years ago, Kenmore appliances were ubiquitous. They were reasonably priced, and moreso on sale, and lasted for decades oftentimes. It's so sad now.
