Have this as the DP version (QS) for two weeks now: The picture looks perfect—probably the best monitor I've had so far. The on-screen menu looks like it's straight from the 90s. For my use case, I'd like to have easier input switching.

Curious about the USB version: How long does it take to initialize the USB hub and everything? In the past, I found it super annoying that each time I connected my notebook via USB-C, the whole enchilada of newly connected USB devices would start up.

Not slick. 32" is only $30 more. I would not want a 4k on 27" only good for 2k. For 4K get a 32".

The 32" is a VA Panel and lacks USB C, this monitor is an IPS Panel, IPS panels generally have a premium over VA Panels still and USB C 65W PD is a more premium feature.

32" to large for most unless your just sitting back and watching a movie, to much eye movement scanning, but if your not gaming 32" is fine.

I picked a pair of these over Black Friday for my office setup, and I run a dual-monitor configuration through an OWC Thunderbolt 4 dock. I skipped the included monitor cables because I wanted a clean, all-white aesthetic. For this, I ordered ZeroneTeck USB 4 (USB-C) monitor cables, a Monoprice white power cord, a Cable Matters white snagless Cat 6 Ethernet cable, and a MaGeek USB 3.0 to USB-C cable (1 ft) for my Logitech Brio 4K webcam. All other connections run through the OWC dock. Only regret is I wish the power and video signal was all via a single cable and could be used tandemly, but that's a minor issue, and for the price, I can't expect more.
From a usgae point, these monitors power on instantly as soon as I connect my MacBook Pro (M4 Pro), and apart from a minor glare issue (my desk faces a window) they perform very well. The 120 Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and graphics smooth and viewing text for long hours pleasant. I haven't tested them for movies yet, but they handled educational and work-related tutorial videos without any issues (not sure if this is a metric to count on).
For audio, even though they come with built in speakers that are nice, clear and loud, I couldn't control the volume, and so I am still using my old JBL Creature II speakers from 2005. For the price I paid, I think they served me well for 20 yrs, though the rubber holding the tweeters is finally wearing out. I paid around €100 back in my student days, wish I could find a modern replacement that sounds just as warm!
