The description is AI generated and there is a disclaimer (shown at the bottom of one of your screenshots) saying they haven't verified the information. I'd be highly skeptical that you get extra filters, but you might be able to contact CS and see what they can do.
I can't say for sure, but the one on Amazon [amazon.com] says it comes with an extra filter too… so hopefully.
