If you're talking about 35mm miniatures, then no. The pigments in these are too thick.

In my experience, these paints are easy to thin. I use a mix of distilled water and acrylic medium. Works like a charm even with an airbrush.

What ratio do you use for airbrush? I tried but haven't figured out a really successful mix.

Amazon seems to have the 36ct and 48 ct options as well. Both are cheaper (by volume) than the 24 pack...but people may not need that many colors, of course, or may actually want multiple sets of the accessories I suppose.
