This is the 20% off $35 coupon that applies to selected items. You need to press the "+" button to increase the quantity from 4 to 8 (thus exceeding $35) once you get to the checkout screen, and then you should see "Multibuy discount" appear. It's not exactly intuitive, and I don't know what happens with mobile devices, since I'm using a PC.
