I love using my 3m one on the job sites, but the mic is terrible for phone calls, and you can't hear when people are yelling at you. This should fit the bill

Edit: apparently none of Walkers lineup has true directional (stereo) audio, so you have no way of telling which direction sounds are coming from. This makes them useless for hunting, even though it's the first photo in the product listing.
I love using my 3m one on the job sites, but the mic is terrible for phone calls, and you can't hear when people are yelling at you. This should fit the bill
