I've only used it one day and I'm noticing a difference!!!
I recommend!
I tried this and it seemed to do ok. I noticed it didn't get much better. I am going to try the Dr Elle Phillips system instead.

How is it possible to notice a difference after only one day of use?

Yeah that comment is shady af. There is absolutely no way one day with a toothpaste (any toothpaste) can cause a noticeable improvement in recessed gums.

What a bs and scam, these toothpastes change names but ingredients stay the same- fluoride, nothing else. You can buy any toothpaste with fluoride even in dollar tree and effect will be the same

I think the distinction with this particular product is the use of zinc citrate and stannous fluoride (vs. sodium fluoride), which are supposed to have antibacterial properties, reducing the levels of plaque bacteria that can attack gums. I wouldn't expect gums to grow back from using this toothpaste, but the argument is that it can slow down recession and help with sensitivity.

I am skeptical. Gum restoration cannot be this easy.

For anyone curious, Stannous Fluoride as active ingredient and addition of Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) is what gives it extra periodontic oomph. Studies do show promise, but you can't expect miracles. I do expect Stannous Fluoride + Zinc to be at least marginally better than all others. Colgate has similar formulation which has Stannous Fluoride and Zinc Phosphate, which is what I use.

Gum Detoxify has Sodium Fluoride which is a tried and true anti-cavity agent and Zinc Citrate. This has Stannous Fluoride which is now becoming the new gold standard because it provides additional gum benefits.

Just adding it to my cart has sort of improved my teeth and gums, so obv using for one day's going to get actual results.
