Buying from Amazon it is a legit concern even if the item is shipped and sold by Amazon. If Amazon oversells the product they have on hand they will ship 3rd party items of the same sku and pay the 3rd party. So it is possible you get sent an item from a 3rd party even if buying items shipped and sold by Amazon.

For those of us who purchased this from Target last week for $229 (or higher), Target has it for $219 right now. I got a $10 price match via online chat because they don't price match other retailers, and I'll be keeping an eye on Target's website as I expect they'll price match to Amazon sometime today (assuming it doesn't sell out on Amazon first).
