this looks almost identical to the grants version at Harbor Freight (even the packaging looks very close)

these are a little bit bigger at 12.5"L x 11"W. The cheaper ones on amazon and the Harbor Freight mitt are 10"L x 8"W

These are pretty good, eventually the elastic on the cuff wears out but they keep trucking. For the non committed crowd, the chenille mits on stick are pretty awesome for washing your car if you hate to do it. The generic ones on amazon for like $12-15 are actually remarkably nice. Also The Rag Company on Amazon has 2 packs around the same price as the Chemical Guys all the time.

Climbers, I used these to DIY several chalktopuses (chalktopai??) Same material, took maybe 15 minutes to hand sew.

Amateur tip: use multiple clothes and for a single car wash, use each cloth for one area of the car ideally working from top to bottom. If you use just one cloth and constantly rinse them in the soapy water, you'll still have dirt trapped in the cloth and cause abrasions. I use 4 for a Mazda CX5 but that's because Mazdas are known to have soft paint

When your done just throw them in the washer then hang dry. Do it early in the morning before your spouse wakes up and catches you.
how do you get the color and dirt out especially if some kind of ceramic coating was used? Is regular detergent in the washer always enough for you? Do you typically let them pile over time and then wash all the towels and pads together?

I'm surprised no one has posted the obvious (at least to me anyway). I'm imagining how much quicker/better I can wash the beast using both hands at the same time. I'm definitely in for the deal.

I have the Auto Fiber Mitt on a Stick and the one you've posted here would supplement it nicely - the AF one has an inflexible plate that wash pad is strapped too and it therefore can't deal well with curves and indentations (of which a vehicle has many).

These not good for drying - I'd suggest looking for something like Auto Fiber Dreadnought XL - that's maybe expensive, but I mean it an example of what works better to dry . Can look for something like it, but cheaper..

When detailing your vehicle, microfiber is just a throwaway item. Maybe throw it in the washing machine a few times but I rarely reuse anything that gets too dirty since accumulated tiny debris can scratch the coat.

Having said that, I wouldn't spend $11 or more on disposable microfiber gloves. Get the Costco micro fiber towel bundles and discard the towels after usage if you have a nice vehicle.
