With that said, Rayovac's 10 yr guarantee is much easier than Duracell. If you have any issues with the Rayovac batteries within 10 yrs, you just send an email to [email protected]
With a photo of the leaking or description of issue, date code, and copy of your receipt.
And they mail you a coupon that can be used for Energizer, Eveready, or Rayovac batteries or flashlights. And they round up to the nearest $5. So if your receipt was for $8, they round up to $10. If it was $12, rounds up to $15 etc.
2 weeks turnaround to get the coupon
