I was gifted one of these last year and a major flaw is that the glass surface is frictionless and slippery. Glass and ceramic dishes slide off with the smallest nudge which is extremely dangerous for serving.
I fixed this by adding a silicone baking sheet, but it's a major issue. Users beware!

These work fine but I wish there was a temp gauge that would tell you how hot it is set to. Also the surface is glass so foil serving trays slide around on top.

I own a similar warming tray and the storage space it takes up is slightly annoying relative to the amount of times I use it. If I could do it again I would get the new style that are silicone and roll up. Like this one that's 24x14 and is $20 now https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9GZ5...F0aWM&th=1
