I was gifted one of these last year and a major flaw is that the glass surface is frictionless and slippery. Glass and ceramic dishes slide off with the smallest nudge which is extremely dangerous for serving.
I fixed this by adding a silicone baking sheet, but it's a major issue. Users beware!

Yeah, I think the roll n go version is much superior to this, not to mention the roll n go is easier to store away with its own storage bag.

These work fine but I wish there was a temp gauge that would tell you how hot it is set to. Also the surface is glass so foil serving trays slide around on top.
