From a Chinese brand with dubious quality, especially for a torque wrench, I'm personally looking for a price closer to $40. They're trying to compete with name brand tool manufacturers like Topeak (Torq stick pro) which go for $130, but that's insanely overpriced for a mini torque wrench as well.

They're a fully-fledged brand. I never heard of them until about six months ago, and I'm not going to talk about the quality/value - but the SD community loves their tools.
