That is exactly why I'm thinking of biting on this. I have an off brand without the extension. My back isn't great and right now I'm looking into my bathtub. My back is hurting more just looking at it.

I bought one a couple months ago. Only used it twice and the teeths of the PLASTIC gear wore out. It's only good for very light cleaning like window or table cleaning.
