This was $12, but still a good deal at $15 if you need one. It works very well and leaves your hands free to pull shots while it's doing its job.

Why buy a bulky dedicated frother that doesn't even have a heating option, ridiculous.

This would probably pair well with an Aeropress in a portable coffee kit that doesn't require an electrical outlet, as long as there is a way to get hot water and milk (think campfire or shared kitchenette with a microwave).
However, a simple frothing wand would be more compact.

Yes, a travesty of the ninth degree. This is up there with prohibition and denying women the right the vote.

Thought this was a tube of nail polish or something at first glance.

I have a basic handheld version of this. Makes great foam with cold milk but you have to be careful because the cool foam on top masks how hot the coffee underneath is and my guests, while mpressed, always burn their mouth on the first sip, lol.

This is trash! You're better off buying something else. It refuse to hold charge after a month. Sad, especially from a reputable company like Keurig.

Can I use this to make someone's soft drink taste flat by repeatedly frothing it when they're not looking?

I have this and it worked well. Previously I bought a cheaper one that broke within a couple months. This one is still going strong after almost a year

A true poor man's frother is just a mason jar with a lid. Fill it up to half way full with milk, shake it for about 30 seconds to froth and then microwave it for 30 seconds if you like it hot.

ikr? Only if there is a kitchen device that can heat up water and milk with a press of a button...

Just use a French press instead
