They didn't ship the item on time and I almost opened a case with eBay for a refund. When messaging them they say they only get items from Ego when they're available, so even items on Acme's eBay store listed as "in stock" may not actually ship and at most it could be a month or two. It ended up arriving 8 days past the latest arrival date when purchased. Just a heads up if you have urgency.
