edit: Turns out my account has an existing $5 promo code on my next order. No matter what I ordered it stop applied regardless. On a hunch after buying some thing I tried again and it worked. Just FYI for anyone who was in the same boat.

the code worked for me and I saw the 5 dollar price, bought it, and then saw it was 3rd party vendor and cancelled it immediately.

has china address , ... and read a few of the user reviews of this seller.

If it was shipped and sold by walmart, I would buy. No fault of the OP, I just checked first OP post and he did name the seller, I just saw the code and walmart button when I came into room.
