But aside from that, I guess now that Tesla has shared their charging standard and superchargers with the world I should have said why would you buy this if you have a Tesla
As for the deal, theres no reason to buy this. Just get a Tesla charger or reputable brand name NACS. Nearly every car mfg in the USA is going NACS in the immediate future anyway. But like someone else said, I wouldnt be hooking up my home to my car with some unproven non UL certified charger. If it starts a fire, insurance might not even pay out since no UL certification.
(Last one not really worth it as a 70A breaker costs 2-3 times more than a 60A)

Imagine buying and investing with purpose and intentionality. Pretty much the polar opposite of ostrich behavior. There's no perfection to be found in the corporate world, but not every company is Nestle either. You could choose to be better instead of hand-waving and thinking yourself pragmatic.
