Best deal ever. The 2 batteries alone are already worth $50, and you also get the tools. Wow

Snagged and repped. Great deal I really just wanted the circular saw, which is $80 by itself, already have a B&D drill, so a brand new one plus 2 batteries and the light and sander is just an amazing cherry on top

Edit: I just realized Lowe's was listing this set for $130, but I regularly saw it around $200 so getting it all for $50 feels like a downright steal

How's the circular saw? can this really cut anything? Can it cut an OSB plywood?

Snagged and repped. Other B&D deal of Lowes has a battery issue. Hope this deal doesn't have the same issue.
(Updated) Oops! The recent comments on the product mentioned battery charge issues.

These are great for occasional home use. I have all except the light, I purchased separately over few yrs. Considering I paid $34 for the drill about >10yrs ago, then the mouse sander ($40) and the circular saw ($40), all from Amazon, this deal looks awesome. All the tools are still working perfect, batteries still hold up just fine.

I found not all projects need powerful tools, I often grab these tools for smaller jobs instead of others. Especially the mouse sander is one of my favorites.

These Black & Decker tools have not changed for 10+ years. It's amazing they are still selling these.

I brought these tools on my first day of work in construction and the damn illegals were laughing at me.

Is it worth getting the 2 or 3 year protection plan for these? It's $7 and $9 respectively. If something goes wrong will they replace for purchase price or MSRP?

In for 5. I have about 12 of the B+D 20-V Max tools and, save for the anemic light and the anemic circular saw, I have had fantastic luck with them over the past 10 years. I finally killed my first 1/4-inch impact driver after building garages, decks, sheds -- you name it. I'm sure I can find a replacement motor on eBay. The "sawsall" is unexpectedly beastly (not in this kit). Looking for a cut-off tool and the "wiggle saw." I plan to keep six batteries and sell off the rest. I already have two sanders and 3-4 drills, and they work just fine. Thanks OP!

I don't really need the tools, so would it be better to just buy some knock off larger capacity batteries instead?

I already have all the tools except mouse sander, buying it for the sander and batteries. Drill is one of my favorites due to small size (yes I have and have used DeWalt, M12, Kobalt, Craftsman RP, Skil 12V etc.). Circular saw not very powerful indeed (although it can easily handle 2x4s), recommend using with with 4Ah battery if possible and a fine tooth blade for more delicate/thinner materials.
