I just did buy a couple of amazfit 5 watches a week or so ago for 20 dollars a piece (woot sale), and I really like the watch. This amazfit 6 has newer features ... and I do like the brand.
I'm mostly usiing the amazfit 5 for timer, seeing the time, and a few other things, and it only needs to be charged every couple of weeks. It has lots of bells and whistles , like alexa and has speaker and mic for calls , I don't use those features, I did the first couple of days , but I settled down to just the basics.
Maybe others can share their experience with the amazfit 6.
Also available for the same price at Walmart, Target, and the official eBay store, in case you have store credit or cashback opportunities at one of those.

I went from an og Bip (waay back, miss that always on screen and the 28 day battery life) to Bip U to a Bip 6 recently. The Bip 6 feels a lot more polished than the Bip U. The screen is much higher resolution and bigger than the U (on the verge of too big) and much nicer to look at.
I love the Bip series for the battery life, and the 6 so far has held up well for battery longevity so far, but I've only had it for a month and change. The Zepp app (I lean heavily on the sleep tracking) really is pretty good; my brother showed me another less expensive Chinese smartwatch that looked similar HW wise but the app SW for his watch just doesn't measure up.
$20 for the Bip 5 sounds like a great deal, but I think another $45 to go to the Bip 6 is probably worth it for the amoled screen (which is reality nice) and the thinner aluminum frame. I used my last bip for at least three years, so an extra $15/year seems worth it to me. (No Alexa in the 6, if that's important to you.)

Thanks for your post and experience with the Amazfit watches you got over the years.
I probably will be open to the amazfit 6 next year when I goes on woot for 20 dollars (or around that price). Understand I bought the apple iwatch se 2nd gen last year. And it has bells and whistles too, but only lasts me 1 day (before I have to charge it) , so not having to charge it every single day (about 10 days of battery on the amazfit 5) is better than 1 day battery life. And the bells and whistles are fun for me to play with for when I get new device, but then I settle down to just use simple stuff.

Battery life is much worse on the 6. How long on average do you go before charging?
