I think the cipher controllers look cooler since they are transparent. Not a fan of this color.

These have rubberized grips on the back that are much better than the plastic ones on regular controllers.

If youre talking about joysticks developing drift both Sony and Xbox use same Alps brand so in that department they're exactly the same. If its about shape/placement, then its a more af a personal preference.

It's cheap carbon film design. You can upgrade to hall effect or even better TMR ones but requires some soldering skills or use 3rd party service to do it.
