FWIW, this is a very easy game for young kids who love TMNT. Our son played this on Switch with me when he was 4, and it was the game that "taught" him how to play video games (walk around, get the objects, get the bad guys, etc).

We've probably beaten this game together 10x (not in rotation anymore), and you can do it in one sitting. For $10, absolutely worth it if you have kids who are interested in video games (even if they're terrible at playing them right now, this game is simple), love TMNT, and you want some cheap fun at home.

Xmas gift for someone else? Great deal.

Purchase for self as casual TMNT fan? Hard pass. Shredder Revenge and Cowabunga collection are better

Just bought it. Is it better to let two kids play to learn or should I play with them you think? I've got a almost 6 and 7 year old.

Great price, but this game definitely skews towards a very young audience and won't hold much replay value for other age groups.

Marvel's Cosmic Invasion. It just released, and it is up there with the gold standards of side-scrolling beat-em-ups.
