You'll download the steam version, install it on your PC and you'll need a PC/Graphics card that can run the games.

Using your quest, you'll wirelessly connect to your PC (use either the steam VR app from the quest store, or virtual desktop)

The game will run on your PC, but stream to your quest headset. Any movements will work normally like a quest native game.. but make sure your Wi-Fi is good first (not Internet speed, but wifi connection to your router)

I run steam games on my PC and play them on my quest 3 without any lag/delay, but I have a strong connection and I'm next to my router with my PC hard wired to it.

If your PC is on WiFi it will add some lag. If your headset connection to the router is bad (ie: multiple rooms over) it will also add some lag.

You can also tether your PC to quest with a USB Cable, but I've had better results over WiFi. Ymmv

Interesring about the wifi. I will add what I know and what I am going to test. I got a 16 foot USB cable and tested speed at 3.0 GHz the first test was 2.7 on the same cable. My plan is to try wifi (I have wifi 6 but older closer and underneath where I want to play) my plan is to test at both locations.

I Expect You To Die is definitely worth the $3. Basically an escape room puzzle with lots of James Bond type gags and themes.

Someone else answered, but to be super clear, they won't play directly on your meta quest 3, they would stream from Steam... so you also need a computer capable of playing these games.

Kinda curious if the lag depends on networks. I had an old network at my last place but my PC was hardwired. At this new place I am wireless but we are on the latest wireless tech. I haven't tried PC games as I just got my PC set up.

WiFi 6 is the minimum requirement - and then proximity to the router as well. I stream from Steam quite often, definitely a lot better than Quest 1 - and no need for a wire. The only downside (or upside) is that you can only play so long w/ extended battery. As for WiFi networks, I didn't notice much between 6 -> 7, but anything less than WiFi 6, I struggled with. I had to do Virtual Desktop to get better framerates on older networks.

Yes but you'll need Steam Link, Air Link, Oculus Link, or Virtual Desktop
