You'll download the steam version, install it on your PC and you'll need a PC/Graphics card that can run the games.

Using your quest, you'll wirelessly connect to your PC (use either the steam VR app from the quest store, or virtual desktop)

The game will run on your PC, but stream to your quest headset. Any movements will work normally like a quest native game.. but make sure your Wi-Fi is good first (not Internet speed, but wifi connection to your router)

I run steam games on my PC and play them on my quest 3 without any lag/delay, but I have a strong connection and I'm next to my router with my PC hard wired to it.

If your PC is on WiFi it will add some lag. If your headset connection to the router is bad (ie: multiple rooms over) it will also add some lag.

You can also tether your PC to quest with a USB Cable, but I've had better results over WiFi. Ymmv

Interesring about the wifi. I will add what I know and what I am going to test. I got a 16 foot USB cable and tested speed at 3.0 GHz the first test was 2.7 on the same cable. My plan is to try wifi (I have wifi 6 but older closer and underneath where I want to play) my plan is to test at both locations.
