The "new one" is worse though, that's why they released them out of order. I doubt this gets much lower anytime soon. With that said, it frequently is on sale for $35

I read they released them in this order (DQ3 -> DQ1 -> DQ2) because thats the way the developers intend for you to play the games to get the proper pay off at the end of the trilogy/DQ2

So how good is this game? My soon to be ex wife bought this for me on sale for $35 several months ago. But I haven't opened it yet. How long is it? 40 hours or less?
