Super handy tool. I have this tool and use it enough to make it worthwhile.

Mine is made in Taiwan.

These are for removing automotive plastic push pins which are usually found on plastic body panels.

There's another version of these making the rounds on social now. Every auto influencer making the same video. Looks good though.

Checked out the reivews with photos, and they almost universally show how poorly made these are, too much play causing no bite, falling apart, fast corrosion, etc.

I bought this recently after struggling to remove the covers on my Rav4's A frame pillars (the pillars to the side of the front windshield). Bought it for the next time I'm in there for whatever reason.
The pillar covers are held on by a clip, and you have to push in two sides while pulling on the clip, all in a very tight space.
Spent 2 hours and almost rage yanked the god damn covers off.
I was doing this to route a dashcam power cable.

So I use this tool to help remove tricky panel pins as well as sometimes for electrical connectors.

The angle helps grab onto some types of connectors.

I use a trim panel remover, it works really good, and was originally designed to remove these plastic clips, and the old metal ones in the older cars.
