Every single cable I've ever used has worked for CarPlay. These are the ONLY ones that didn't.
So strange, as they are specifically marketed as CarPlay compatible. Look through the reviews, do not buy these.

I have bought and returned a few coiled cables like these from Amazon. All of them had issue with CarPlay where it only works if you plug USB-C on the right side, which defeats the purpose of USB-C. In fact, it is actually worse because both orientations are identical so you can't even tell without having to 50/50 the right way. My non-coiled OEM USB-C cables do not have this problem at all.

Coiled wires should prevent outlets in the vehicle from wear & tear with bumps/vibrations of vehicle. 😊

This brand gets mixed reviews as to the quality, isn't better to buy a better rated cable ?

We've come full circle folks. We've got coiled cables connected to our phones again.
Only millennials understand this...

These didn't work for android auto. Had to go back to my old straight cable. I have a wireless adapter I should probably just make the move to that.
