Haven't kept up on prices but this is a workhorse of a saw. Been on many job sites putting them to use. They hold up very well. Definitely not compact but very durable and powerful. These newer versions with the LED casting the blade as a shadow onto the work piece is a great feature to have.

This is $50.00 more than the Acme Tools price glitch where they had it at $500, but forgot to disable a coupon code for an additional $100 off, bringing the price down to $400.00. Think that price was live for maybe a day? Pretty sure they killed the code on day 2. lol

Just for reference HD has the 780 for $500 as their "Special Buy". It needed some minor adjustments and works great for the 3/4" plywood door fronts I just made.

This is a great saw. I got the one without the led guide and ended up adding it with a kit later.

Great saw. The shadow kerf is amazing. Military would get it cheaper ordering from aafes home Depot store. $449 and no tax.

Darn wish I would've snagged that deal. Got this one and paid with the prime visa for 5% back. Been on the lookout for this model to go on sale but 500 is not a sale that's the price it's been for years
