repost. Yes with Ram/SSD pricing, progbably as good as it gets. I've got an m1 and even browsing with horrible websites (and firefox is a memory hog) I fill the 8gb ram. I want 16gb, but think i will hold out.

Yeah, misleading by the poster. I'm pretty sure it's a better deal at Best Buy if you have a pro or total membership already since it's the same price of $749 plus a $25 gift card plus $25 in rewards ($5 for every $50 spent on doorbusters).

13.6 for portability. I went for the 13.6 and used the difference to buy a 27 inch monitor for that odd days I needed a large screen.

If you don't mind, what is the link of the monitor you bought? That's a good idea, to use the 13.6" laptop keyboard with a bigger monitor.
