Thanks, OP, and repped! This post was timely since I was running low.
FWIW, I used this deal on the Sensitive toothbrush heads [walgreens.com], and I was able to clip the $15 off 1 coupon. They're on sale for $28.99 each. I chose free shipping (to hopefully avoid any pickup cancellations).

$86.97 = subtotal before savings
-$5 coupon for buying 1
-$15 coupon for buying 1 (this might be targeted?)
-$13.40 = GIFT20
$53.57 = pretax subtotal

Estimated member rewards on this order: $40.73*
No tax here in Fl on helthcare stuff.

Just choose free shipping and avoid store cancellations.
And decline the option of same day delivery from a nearby store.

They will expire due to inactivity, but you can cycle these in future deals. If you're a person looking for specific deals with Walgreens, you'll eventually use up the $40 easily.
Walgreens does make it a bit hard to recycle since if you can't earn rewards on $ based spend rewards. I just wait for a nice sale and order $50ish worth of items to be delivered to my home and cash out a $50 rewards with a smattering of their online coupons thrown in. Sometimes, I am also able some rewards on quantity based rewards within that $50 rewards cash out. I mostly do all Walgreens deals online - not worth the hassle to go to the store and the online 20% off doesn't work in store unless you order online for a store pickup.

Ironically, I then lose more than 100x of the savings when the stock market is down the next day 😀.

How are the daily clean heads different than the floss action or cross action heads?

So they are effectively free? What's a good way to use Walgreen cash? Google says it expires in 12 months or after 6 months of inactivity
Best way is to pay with Walgreens Cash and get new Walgreens Cash to minimize out of pocket cost. Some example offers this week where you can pay with Walgreens Cash and earn back Walgreens Cash:
Neutrogena Make Up Removal Wipes - 2 for $7.14, earn $7 Walgreens Cash (Net $0.17 for 2)
https://slickdeals.net/f/18969850

Colgate Oral Care Products - 2 for $4.50, earn $4 Walgreens Cash (Net $0.50 for 2)
https://slickdeals.net/f/18969853

Pantene Shampoo/Conditioner - 2 for $7.98, earn $4 Walgreens Cash (Net $3.98 for 2)
https://slickdeals.net/f/18969883

Gillette/Venus Razor Gift Set - $6.74, no Walgreens Cash reward, but a great price
https://slickdeals.net/f/18969916

Walgreens only lets you use Walgreens Cash in the following increments: $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20, and $50. Combine or split your order to maximize your Walgreens Cash usage.

Make sure you clip all applicable coupons from the profilt coupon section. I don't know which one did the trick, my final order total is $39.08 with expected reward earned $40.51.

It was showing me $30.53 in rewards for 2 quantity, had to activate $10 rewards off of $40. Order placed through shipping.

Received my order in a couple hours via door dash. Walgreens said one of the two packs of oral b toothbrushes was out of stock even though website said in stock at my local store. I received one pack only. No Walgreens cash reward other than standard 1%. Why didn't they just ship both from the warehouse and I would've gotten both and the offers I was expecting?

You can use it to cycle through other deals. You can't use walgreen cash on spend $x, but you can use them on similar deals like this one. Not every deal is free, so I do end up using a few buck here and there. Like last week there was a mouthwash deal which was pay $6+ and get back $4. I used $6, got back $4, so that's -$2.

Yes - that is what I meant when I said "quantiy based rewards". Also see post #56 - all good for recycling the rewards.

But I am getting more particular about some products - e.g. I always used to participate in Colgate but my dentist is recommending non-acidic, low grit toothpaste - so I have moved to Sensodyne and that has taken away my ability to recycle on Colgage. Again - looking at post #56 - I only use electric razor - that takes away the Gillete deal.
