Sure, but you'd be paying the ~3% Paypal fees for using a credit card rather than a checking account or savings account, or Paypal funds.

Refunds on these usually take 4 to 5 business days. So the holiday may delay it.

Did costco let you buy shop card after changing back to normal credit card? Costco keeps canceling my shop card order even though I change back to normal credit card. The customer service is not willing to help resolve this issue and said I can buy shop card in store.

Update: Costco BBB department helped me resolve this issue. They said that there is only 5 different credit card payment allowed within 30 days period. If more than that, it would trigger the auto-cancellation.
