13.4 ounces (380 grams), down from the diminished 15 ounces (425 grams) of most canned beans these days. Very few brands still have 16 ounces, once the usual amount. I find it insulting.

I ordered this a week ago and didn't pay attention to the size.. it was a good bit smaller than i remember from getting it prior.. so be mindful and order 2 if needed.

They did the same to me with their rolled oats on smaller than standard size. They'll ship expired coffee. They hope you don't notice. These guys are master jerks.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank maxw

I eat a can of chick peas almost every day for lunch. I saute them along with some cashews and peanuts and cumin and add a couple of scoops of rice if available. It's a good and quick vegetarian meal for a diabetic.

I load up on Goya at Costco when on sale,, like right now 8 cans for $6.

I ordered 10 of these from Amazon (max allowed).

I agree that we should try to stay away from Amazon when it comes to anything with an expiry date. I don't trust their storage and handling. I only bought them because they are on sale, I wish I had some self control Frown
