This Warner Bros. Humble bundle is a strong PC starter pack built around the Arkham Collection, Injustice 2, Mortal Kombat 11, Shadow of Mordor, and Mad Max. The value looks especially strong for new PC or handheld players, and the bundle is also framed as a solid gift. The main caveat is Humble's new key expiration wording, with reports of some keys showing as expired or unavailable to reveal, and a few regional stock notices for Steam keys. A good grab if the included games fit your library gaps.

Common Questions (5)

  • The bundle is normally Steam keys unless otherwise noted, but Humble now shows expiration warnings on some keys and some buyers report keys already marked expired. Steam keys themselves do not expire once redeemed, but unrevealed Humble keys may need to be revealed before Humble's cutoff or they can become unavailable.

  • The Arkham Collection alone is enough to justify the bundle for many shoppers, with Injustice 2, Mortal Kombat 11, and Shadow of Mordor also standing out. It is especially strong if you want a PC starter pack or are new to PC gaming.

  • Some buyers see a higher total than the advertised $12, such as $13.92, because sales tax may be added at checkout. Illinois buyers reported being charged tax on recent Humble digital bundles, while California digital game licenses were noted as not taxed.

  • Mad Max reportedly runs great on Steam Deck, and the bundle is appealing for handheld PCs like the Lenovo Legion Go. That makes it a practical pick if you want these older WB games on portable hardware.

  • This is an encore deal that lasts about 2 days, so it is a short window. If you want it, it needs to be grabbed quickly before the promotion ends.

So how do you rank the games (and the games in most people backlog) based on average 65 years old reaction speed, eyesight, etc, playing the game for fun and enjoyment? Smilie

I agree this is a great deal for people who haven't already bought previous Humble Bundles over the years with the same games.

I'm confused on the whole key expiration thing Humble recently started. Are these Steam keys going to be deactivated after June 2026 or you simply can't reveal the keys after that point if you haven't done so already?

My AI query said last year Humble changed it so keys can't be revealed after 3 years from the purchase date, but once you have the key the Steam key keeps working. I decided to test this out because I have many unrevealed keys of games I didn't care about or were duplicates from as far back as 2011. I chose the hide already revealed keys option and went to the oldest keys. I found:

- Most keys were still able to be revealed including my oldest ones.
- Some keys I had already revealed and marked as redeemed on Steam from various bundles showed as unrevealed. I clicked reveal key on some of these old games and got totally different keys. I didn't try to redeem any of those yet. Did they give me a second key for the same game?
- Other than a handful of keys which showed as expired and no longer revealable, almost all other unrevealed keys were still available regardless of age.

This is inconsistent with what I thought the new key expiration rules are. Does anyone understand the actual Humble key expiration rules? Do the changes only affect recent and future bundles and old bundles are grandfathered into never expiring?

Supposedly, unrevealed keys (that have no specific expiration dates) will expire in about 3 years. This is a recent policy change. Not sure how far back they retroactively apply it. So just reveal your keys. Better yet, save a copy of them, like in a spreadsheet.
Keys that have expiration dates will expire on those dates regardless if they have been revealed or not in your account.

Humble also have restocked some old games in people's accounts using Epic Game Store keys instead of Steam Keys.

Yes, Humble Bundles are usually Steam keys unless otherwise noted. I know they've had a sale or two that was just Origin / EA games back in the day, but those aren't very common.

Is your billing address in California? That's the only thing I can think of, since IGN / Humble is incorporated in California, so you may have to pay Cali sales tax when buying from Humble.
