This is great because I realized tax takes a huge chunk of the Dell rewards. This will help me get higher priced items with a lower oop from the September deal that gave points that expire tomorrow (12/15). But don't forget you can extend the expiration date 3.5 months if you put something in you cart and convert it to Dell Cash.

I just saw this when I logged into Alienware for the day. Repped you anyway.

Points will show up in your Dell Rewards account to spend on the site. Be warned, many items are seriously overpriced.

used the $30 rewards (expires 12/15) for a dvd drive and had to pay $9 after the rewards. There was nothing in shop that would have been free after rewards including on black friday & cyber monday

Some regions aren't eligible for Dell Reward Points and just get the ARP instead. Edit: I believe US, CA, UK, FR, DE, NZ, AU & JP get DRP, and other countries get ARP.

Yeah US definitely should. That sounds like they have your account connected to the wrong region. Could try emailing their support: [email protected] or they have a Discord server where they are pretty responsive.

Sweet. Thanks! Everything on Dell's website is extremely overpriced though. I typically get either headphones for my kid's school or maybe one of their cheaper backpacks with these reward points

you can also do the trick where you add something to cart and go to checkout and apply your points and then just don't buy it and so then the points are converted to a dollars and have a new expiration date.
