Where do I go to get support for my Slickdeals cashback issue?

I had around $200 slickdeals cashback reward points to cash out. I choose the amazon gift card and once I clicked redeem, all I saw was a message saying "redeemed". I got nothing and after 2 days of waiting and checking my email for an electronic gift card. I decided to make a support ticket in the help center, but its been over a week and still haven't had a single reply. I have no idea whats going on and no one from customer support is responding.
