I recently purchased an Amazon Warehouse IRobot during BF sales. Marvelous room mapping tech. However, the side brush kept popping off and getting lost. They no longer use a screw to hold it on. Instead it's a snap on. That thing pops off every use if it bumps a cord, obstacle or carpet rug. At first Roomba said we will send you a replacement brush. Then they followed up with no we won't. Amazon is not an authorized reseller. I figured they meant because it came from Amazon warehouse and technically could be considered a refurb. So no warranty. They even sent me a second email from the customer service manager, repeating the same denial of assistance and cancellation of my replacement part. This was before they've officially announced bankruptcy. I let them know the unit was already boxed up and on its way back to Amazon. Also, I did some research and ended up buying a Roborock Q10 S5.
