Based on the steam event article linked by OP, I assume this deal goes live at 1PM EST (in a couple of hours) when the new NA region PVE server is launched.

I was going to try this until I saw some of the DLC prices... Ouch. Worth grabbing for free but if you get sucked in, maybe $100 for a single dlc should be avoided
