I think we're getting confused about what a "slick deal" is vs just a "good deal"....
This is a good deal as $10/kg is an average price point for PLA+
Here's a couple sub $10/kg options that are decent but your color options are minimal at best...

Only a better deal if you need those standard colors. God knows I don't need any more black, grey, etc. but the mix of not-quite-whites in this bundle is really nice -- I'd have ordered already except it's not giving me the discount.

It's just as simple as "this is cheaper per KG". Different shades of white are often more expensive, and multi-color packs are almost always more expensive than a 4xGrey or 4xBlack

I love sunlu but for whatever reason I can't get the pla pro plugged in very easily and I have issues with just pro, probably by fault but I can't seem to get this line to work well with my bambu p1s. Other sunlu lines all work like a champ so far..

Beware: I recently order two of their 4 pack bundles , 1 pack of white and 1 pack of black. Opened them both and ALL of the spools were missing 200 grams of filament.
So I returned it and ordered a replacement.
Guess what? The same shit happened,missing filament in exact same fashion!
Now you do the math on how much filament I was missing in total!
It's a rip off! Please buy at your own risk!

I'll stick with Elegoo or some other brand when buy bundles
