If you plan to purchase two or more monitors from them, ensure you do separate transactions for each. I ordered two identical monitors in a single order, and one arrived with a broken pixel. I messaged them, and they insisted I accept a $10 refund to keep the monitor as is. Neither the eBay app nor their website gives you the option to initiate a return or exchange for just one item in a multi-item order. I contacted eBay, and the representative I spoke with initiated an exchange for the faulty monitor.
Three days later, I received a FedEx QR code for the return. Before shipping it back, I contacted eBay again, and a representative confirmed that Acer had accepted the exchange request. The monitor reached their warehouse last week, and I received an email stating I should get a refund in 8-10 days. I contacted the Acer store, and they said they don't do exchanges and that eBay shouldn't have told me so. They said I was welcome to repurchase the monitor, but I refused as its price had gone up by $30.
TLDR: If you plan to purchase two or more monitors from them, ensure you do separate transactions for each.

They shipped out my last two purchases within a couple days.
Honestly the monitor can get blindingly bright and still give great blacks with very little ghosting. Considering it runs 4k resolution and 160hz as opposed to most comparable monitors being 1440p near this price range I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
