The Ultimate 2 is currently $8 more, but has much better TMR sticks, switchable triggers (hall effect linear triggers and non-linear clicky triggers), and extra buttons. There is also a firmware update for both the controller and dongle that enables Switch and Switch 2 support. Additionally, for Switch 2, it supports "shake to wake" (turn the controller on, shake the controller, and it will wake Switch 2).
The only downside (aside from price) is that you MUST use the dongle to get it to work on Nintendo Switch. You can achieve this by connecting the dongle directly to the Switch or leaving it in the controller's charging dock and connecting the charging dock to your Switch instead. Either way, you'll need to enable "Pro Controller Wired Communication" in your Switch settings to make it work correctly.
