I mean on the off chance you are being serious.... the answer is maybe? but very poorly if you even could, you need optical magnification of at least 400x to see sperm cells and a transmitted light source like compound microscopes have thats where the lights shines through the sample slide not down on top of it so it illuminates all the squiggly stuff real well and allows you to see it.

I think at best might be able to make out blurry masses or large details but there is no chance you could use this for any kind of fertility evaluation.
No but for ten dollars more you can get this one that allows you to see them:

I use a $500 microscope for PCB repair, and one other way it's come in handy that was not thought about prior, is to aid in removing splinters.
I'd guess this one would help for that too. It makes it a lot easier to see the direction and entry points of the splinters and allows detailed work and cutting/prodding to pull them out.
Also helps with bug identification, and a lot of other interesting things. For $20, I'm thinking about buying one just to check it out.

I was actually being serious. TikTok shop is actually selling a single-use " Clear Vision Magnifier" $20 for viewing sperm. It works with a phone camera. It's a trending item. I've always been curious to see them.

I bought one just now for working on PCB's. Hope it helps because my old eyes need it these days. FYI: I tried the code earlier and it didnt work, went to get some coffee and tried it again just now and it DID work..

Soldering and reading information off electrical components is what I'd use it for as long as the lag isn't bad [for the soldering, for the reading, it'd be fine].
These are generally 'you get what you pay for' types of devices, but, for $20, it seems like it'd be good to see if it's something that would be beneficial enough to even bother considering a more expensive one (or if this cheap one would serve me fine -or- if I find I just never use it at all).
Ordered it for soldering primarily...

Besides coin collecting, what are other practical uses for this?
I use mine for hash reviewing, seeing how clean my product is via my washing.

Yes, removing splinters.
Best way is to do hot cold contrast first. It softens the skin (wrinkly skin) and brings the splinter to the surface.

This looks like a clone of a unit I had a year or so ago. Essentially, it's a toy. It's cheap, plasticky and probably good science fun for the kids at $20. It's not worth it otherwise.
