Do 2 in 1s always go on sale or are they just not selling well lately. Are they trying to push out this stock so they can charge more with the higher cost for goods?

Ultra is a different tier/different specs.

If I customize HP model(2k, Ultra 7 and 1TB) it is very expensive when compared to a very similar model with almost same config in Best buy. What could be the reason? Which one is better? HP one or the one which is in Best buy? Please clarify and help me on this

I ordered HP OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1 with 512G instead of 1T hard drive from hp direct.
The first impression is the keyboard is lame. I am using wireless keyboard for now.

The shipping of the hp order took 10 days. If I knew the shipping process, I would not order it.
It is hard to understand why hp has to customize laptop even though it is the default configuration.
For customize laptops, hp makes them in Vietnam. Usually, it is not a problem. But for now, there is a problem with customs. My laptop was on hold in customs (because of missing customs documentation from hp). But they resolved it eventually. I would not take this chance again. Hp customer services told me that it is typical for the items to be on hold in customers right now. Just be patient.

As a customer, I would not know what shipping documents would be required. Besides, I assume hp ships the laptop from US. It probably more costly as they custom build a single laptop (with default configuration).
